Vanamahotsav 2025
Vanamahotsav, the “Festival of Trees,” initiated by Dr. K. M. Munshi, aims to promote forest conservation through tree planting. To underscore the importance of preserving greenery, a weeklong celebration was organized to instill this value in students. A video presentation highlighting the significance of tree plantation was screened during the assembly. Saplings were planted on the campus by Vice Principal Smt. Jijitha V G, Assistant Vice Principal Smt Sini V and seed club members, in honour of Munshiji’s vision.

As part of the Van Mahotsav celebrations, a Plant Identification Challenge was conducted on the days of the celebration.
A quiz competition on Vana Mahotsav was conducted for Classes 1 to 9 to enhance awareness about the importance of trees and environmental conservation.
As part of the Van Mahotsav celebrations, a Pencil Drawing Competition was conducted for students of Class I and an Oil Pastel Colouring Competition was held for students of Class II.
